The fit is great; they are super light and provide amazing shock absorption. I am not sure what magic they put into the linarite foam based midsole, but the result is a very springy feel. I hope Nike keeps this model around for a while. Great lightweight and comfortable shoe. I would recommend these shoes for people with a more neutral running gait. Running feels effortless in these, you barely notice they are there. They are lighter than cross country flats I own. Cushioning is minimal but comfortable enough for long runs, and the absence of the large heel on typical running shoes has helped me improve my running technique. The fit of the shoe is more snug but my feet have enough room to spread out when I run, I would recommend buying a size up. Shoe is very flexible and didn't need to be broken in. I wear these to train in as well as race in. I'm on my second pair and they are my favorite running shoes ever. |
