I love this shoe! I teach high impact step aerobics classes and am always looking for a shoe with enough padding, lateral support, and ability to move quickly in all directions. I was skeptical about this shoe because it looks so thin and lightweight. Surprisingly, these are very supportive and actually help me jump HIGHER because they are so light. My calves were super sore after the first few classes in these shoes, I think due to the lack of padding from my old Nike Cross Training Shox. Just something new to get used to - the muscles will acclimate and get stronger. But there was no muscle or joint pain. These are true to size, but are made to be form-fitting to your feet, so if your usual size is a little tight already, maybe go up a half size...Great shoes! Plus, you will get TONS of compliments!
